Orders placed by 12 noon are eligible for same day dispatch and will take 2-3 working days to get delivered depending upon location (UK only).

Orders placed before 12.00pm Monday-Thursday are eligible for next day delivery, when you select Next Day Option at checkout.

Orders placed on a Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered on Monday unless you opt for Saturday Delivery, which is available through special request, for more details see below info.

We are not having any Saturday delivery option at checkout page but we can deliver on Saturdays upon request, in order to get your order delivered on Saturday please checkout using Click & Collect option and contact us through Whatsapp / Email to get the payment link via email or pay us through Paypal.

Note: Saturday Delivery charges are comparitively higher than normal delivery charges which is £29.99 per box & this delivery service is for UK mainland only.

Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.

Please Note: We will not be able to deliver your parcel on Sundays using any courier.

When placing an order with us please log into your account every time. This will ensure the VAT no. you have provided is used for every transaction made. If you do not log into your account and do not provide your VAT no. you will be charged VAT. 

We can refund VAT after your purchase once a VAT no. has been provided. This will take 7 working days.

If your VAT no. does not work on our system, please email with the correct details and we will apply it manually for you.

For orders placed by the following countries Germany, Ireland, Denmark, Belgium, France, Slovakia, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria: Delivery 2-5 working days


 Items can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unworn, unwashed, unused and are returned with original tags. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or underwear, and do not accept returns on sale items.

To request a return, please login to your account, find the order and click return. Then send the items back to us, along with your receipt and a quick note detailing the reason for return. For your security, we recommend using an insured courier, this way you are protected in the rare occasion something goes wrong. 

Once we have received your request for a refund and your item, we will notify you via email, and a refund will be allocated to you within 25 days via the same payment method you paid with. We are unable to pay for returns.
